Booking QR code generator

Make your booking link easy to scan.

Turn your public booking link into a black-and-white QR image for a card, sign or handout. Generate and download it before signing up; nothing is posted or sent.

One public booking link

Use the public page you want guests to open, not a login, account or cancellation link. Queries and fragments are not accepted. URL format checks do not verify that a page exists or has appointment times.

Processing stays in this tool; it does not save your link, contact its destination or add it to analytics. Reloading clears the draft.

Review before downloading

Paste your public booking link and choose Make QR code. No QR code is created or downloaded on page load.

Make the destination clear alongside the code.

Label the meeting purpose and show a readable booking URL beside your QR code. Keep the white border, avoid stretching or covering the image, and scan the final printed size using the devices your guests use. Readability depends on the print, camera and surroundings.

A fixed link, not a managed redirect.

The image contains the reviewed URL directly. Changing your booking URL means generating a new code; the destination page can change or stop working. This tool does not provide scan tracking, verify availability or create a booking.

Need a booking page first?

Create a one-to-one Calenyo booking page, review its public availability and copy its public link before making a QR code.

Booking QR code questions

How do I make a QR code for my booking link?

Paste your public HTTPS booking-page URL, choose Make QR code, and check the exact destination shown beside the image. Download PNG or SVG, then scan the final image or print and check the public page yourself before sharing it.

Can I change the destination after downloading?

The image encodes a fixed URL directly, without a managed redirect or shortener. A different booking URL needs a new code. The destination page can change or stop working, so keep your public link active and test it regularly.

Which links can I use?

Use a public HTTPS booking link up to 512 characters without credentials, a query or fragment. Known account and appointment-management paths are rejected. Format checks do not verify that a page exists, is public or has available appointment times.

Does this check calendars or create a booking?

No. It creates an image of the link you review. It does not fetch the target page, check availability, contact guests, create bookings or provide scan analytics. You decide where to use the downloaded image.

How should I use the code on a printed card or sign?

Keep the white border and black-and-white contrast, avoid stretching or covering the image, and show a readable booking link beside it. Test the final printed size on the devices your guests use; readability depends on the camera, print and surroundings.
