Check how many equal-length calls fit in one continuous window before setting event availability.
Client meetings
The right conversation starts with the right booking link.
An enquiry, a working session and a progress check need different preparation. Choose the stage of your client relationship, then give the guest one clear reason to book.
01 · A new enquiry
Find out whether you should work together.
Choose a discovery call when someone is interested but the need, scope or fit is still unclear. Keep detailed advice and project delivery for a separate working session.
- Agree on the result
- Leave with a shared understanding of the problem and a decision about the next step.
- Ask before booking
- What are you hoping to change? What would make a first conversation useful? Ask only what will change how you prepare.
- Prepare the conversation
- Read the short brief, check what you need to clarify and name the call clearly. The Discovery call template starts at 30 minutes; shorten or extend it to fit your promise.
02 · Advice or feedback
Do useful work on one agreed question.
Choose a consultation when the client already knows what they need help with. For creative feedback, narrow a portfolio review to one example rather than promising to review everything.
- Agree on the result
- Leave with an answer, a clearer decision or a small set of changes to try.
- Ask before booking
- What decision do you want to make? What context or public work example should we look at? Never request passwords or private documents in the booking form.
- Prepare the conversation
- Agree on the scope and ask for one relevant example in advance. Client consultation starts at 45 minutes; the portfolio-review guide suggests changing it to 30 minutes for one example.
03 · After the work starts
Review progress and unblock the next action.
Choose a follow-up when there is already an agreed action or milestone to discuss. If there is no decision to make and an email will do, send an update instead of booking another call.
- Agree on the result
- Leave with a named next action, an owner and an agreed check-in point recorded in your own notes.
- Ask before booking
- Which agreed action are we reviewing? What changed since we last spoke? What blocker or decision needs this meeting?
- Prepare the conversation
- Bring the previous action list and the latest relevant update. Use a separate follow-up event with a clear title so an existing client does not book your new-enquiry call by mistake.
From plan to booking
Make each link explain its purpose.
Name the meeting, explain who it is for and say what the guest should prepare. Set only the hours you want to offer, leave a break between appointments and check the page before sharing. Keep separate event links when the purpose or duration changes.
Set the event details, form and availability, then copy its public link.
Use a clear meeting label when you share your existing booking link.
Find the booking details and the available appointment actions.
A booking page coordinates the appointment.
Calenyo supports one-to-one booking, editable availability and questions, confirmations, configurable reminders and secure guest rescheduling or cancellation. You conduct the meeting at an agreed location or through an external call service.
Keep proposals, client payments, contracts and project action tracking in your own systems. Calenyo does not host video meetings, create recurring meeting series or coordinate team availability polls.
