Your agreed appointment

The fields start with an editable example: 12 November 2030, 10:00 in Istanbul. Replace it with your actual date and time.

Use non-confidential details. Anyone you share the file with can read its contents. This tool builds the file in your browser and does not submit these fields or connect to a calendar.

No account needed. Importing this file creates a calendar copy, not a Calenyo booking or an RSVP invitation.

Open or import the file in your calendar.

Review the title, date, time and destination calendar before saving. Your calendar displays the event in its own time zone; the file stores the exact UTC start and end.

  1. Google Calendar on a computer: open Settings, then Import & export, choose the .ics file and destination calendar.
  2. Apple Calendar on Mac: choose File > Import, select the .ics file and choose a calendar.
  3. Outlook on the web: choose Add calendar, then Upload from file and select the destination calendar.

A useful copy, with clear limits.

This is a single calendar event, not a live subscription. Later edits and cancellations do not sync, importing twice may make duplicate entries, and sharing the file does not collect RSVPs. It does not check availability, send email, create a video meeting or add guests. If a starting time is skipped or repeated during a clock change, choose a different unambiguous time.

Next time, let clients choose an available time.

When the time is not agreed yet, create a Calenyo booking page with your own availability, duration and meeting details, then share its public link. The Client consultation template starts at 45 minutes; change the duration yourself for a 30-minute appointment. This file does not transfer settings into Calenyo.

Calendar file questions

How do I create a calendar file without an account?

Enter a meeting title, actual date, start time, named time zone and duration. Review the displayed start and end, then download the .ics file. Open or import it into your chosen calendar and review before saving. No Calenyo account or calendar connection is required.

Does the file send an invitation, collect RSVPs or check availability?

No. It creates a single calendar-event file for a time you have already agreed. It does not send email, add guests, collect RSVPs, check availability, create a video meeting or create a Calenyo booking.

Will changes or cancellations update an imported calendar event?

No. An imported file is a snapshot, not a live subscription. Later changes and cancellations do not sync, and importing the file more than once may create duplicates. Review the details and destination calendar yourself.

How are time zones and clock changes handled?

Choose the real meeting date and a supported named time zone. The file stores exact UTC start and end times; your calendar displays them in its own time zone. Skipped or repeated starting times are rejected. Duration is elapsed minutes, so a clock change during the event can change the displayed local end time.
