Meeting time zone converter

Agree on a meeting time across time zones.

Choose a date and two named time zones before suggesting a client meeting. See the local date, time and UTC offset on both sides.

One meeting, two local times

Choose from common time zones. Supported dates: 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2100.

No account is needed to compare times. Changing these values does not create a booking or save event settings.

The same moment

Starting zone

15:00

Europe/London
UTC+01:00

Destination zone

10:00

America/New_York
UTC-04:00

Same calendar date in both zones.

Use a date, not a fixed abbreviation.

On 19 October 2026, 15:00 in Europe/London is 10:00 in America/New_York. Daylight-saving transitions happen on different dates, so the difference can change during the year. Select your actual meeting date rather than assuming the same offset every week.

A comparison, not an availability check.

This tool uses the time-zone rules available in your browser. Future rule changes may require a browser update. It rejects a starting local time that is skipped or repeated by a clock change; choose an unambiguous time instead. It does not check existing bookings, working hours, calendar conflicts or travel.

How to check a booking link across time zones

Turn an agreed time into a clear next step.

When you create a Calenyo event, check the organizer time zone and availability. Preview the public booking page, select the guest’s time zone, and verify the date and time before sharing. The Client consultation template starts at 45 minutes; adjust the event manually. This comparison does not apply event settings.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the meeting date matter?

Daylight-saving rules can change the UTC offset during the year. Choose the actual meeting date and a named time zone rather than relying on a fixed abbreviation.

Why is a clock-change time rejected?

A spring clock change can skip a local time, and an autumn change can repeat it. Choose a different, unambiguous starting time before suggesting a meeting.

Does the converter check whether someone is free?

No. It compares one moment across two zones. It does not read calendars, check availability, create a booking or save event settings.
