This is a weekly pattern, not live availability or dated appointments. Buffers continue across a short gap between windows; none is required after the final slot.

Keep your lunch gap out of the timetable.

Every appointment stays within a working window. The gap between windows remains closed, and a buffer can push the next start later when that gap is short. An appointment never stretches over the gap.

Make the pattern bookable after reviewing it.

Create a Calenyo booking page, then enter your real weekdays, time zone, duration and availability windows. Review the actual public booking page before sharing it. This planner does not transfer settings or create an event; the Client consultation template starts at 45 minutes, so adjust the duration yourself.

Weekly appointment planning questions

How do I plan appointments across a working week?

Choose weekdays, enter one or two same-day working windows, and set the appointment length and buffer. Every selected weekday uses the same windows. Review each day and copy the full timetable; no signup is needed.

Can appointments overlap my lunch break?

No appointment crosses the gap between the two working windows. Buffers also apply when the gap is shorter than your chosen buffer. A buffer is not required after the final appointment, and patterns with too little overnight buffer are rejected.

Does this check my calendar or create bookings?

No. This is a repeating wall-clock pattern, not dated appointments or live availability. It does not connect to calendars, reserve slots, create a booking or verify existing appointments. Review real dates, time zone and daylight-saving changes yourself.

Does copying include every appointment slot?

Yes. The day previews show up to 12 slots each, while the full selectable timetable and Copy weekly timetable include all generated slots. If clipboard access is unavailable, select the full timetable and copy it manually.

Can I use this pattern in Calenyo?

Create a booking page and manually enter your real weekdays, time zone, duration and availability windows. This planner does not transfer settings. The Client consultation template starts at 45 minutes, so adjust it to your planned appointment length and review the public page before sharing.
